Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Certain items such as perishable goods or hygiene products may be exempt from returns.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us with a photo of the damaged item.
